Kaldon Roensch

My name is Kaldon Roensch and I’m from Cat Spring, Texas. I am currently a senior at Columbus High School. I will be attending Sam Houston State University in the fall pursing a degree in Business Administration with a specialty in PGA Management. While in high school I competed in football, powerlifting, and golf. I’ve been a member of FFA where I served as Chaplain and am a peer tutor. Last summer I was honored to represent my school and community at Texas Boys State. I am a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church where I serve as an usher, youth group member, and VBS leader. Through church and school, I have volunteered to many programs in my community such as Meals to Heal, Food Pantry, Habitat for Humanity, Nursing Home Bingo, and The Lion’s Club. My senior year has proven to be a great one,

especially in golf. Our golf team won the district and regional titles and I earned designation of 1st place District and Regional Individual. We are now preparing for the State Tournament.

These are exciting times. I love the game of golf and everything it stands for. I am fortunate and humbled that I will be able to earn a living doing something I am passionate about.
