My name is Julia Sosa and I am from Austin, Texas. I have been around golf my whole life and have been playing competitively for about 9 years now. My favorite golf buddy is my brother because we always challenge and support each other. I’m super excited that this fall I will continue my academic and golf career at Sam Houston State University. When I’m not playing golf, I cherish spending time with my family and exploring the outdoors with my dog. I’m beyond thankful to receive the George Hannon Scholarship this year.
